Natropath and Medical Herbalist

Member of Australian Traditional Medicine Society, Australiasian College of Nutritional and Enviromental Medicine

I have been working in the natural medicine industry for the past 20 years. My love of the natural environment originally inspired me to study science and fuelled my fascination for medicinal plants and natural medicine. After establishing a multidisciplinary health clinic in Sydney's inner west and immersing myself in complementary medicine and research in one of Australia's leading health research institutes, I have recently returned to Queensland with a huge enthusiasm for what botanical, nutritional and lifestyle medicine can offer.

My aim is to help people regain their health and vitality, and to support lasting, positive change. I love working with people to find the underlying cause of their health concerns, using both conventional and complementary medical models. My approach is evidence-based and pragmatic, and I believe collaborative, integrative care generates the best health outcomes.

Although I have special interests in chronic illness and healthy ageing, I treat all areas of general practice. I hold qualifications in science, naturopathy, remedial massage, sports therapies and herbal medicine. And I am always learning! My current focus is on integrative oncology, and wellness coaching, dementia, Lyme-like illnesses and environmental medicine.
